ACCEPTING TERMS
KuberTips is a product owned by GeeNee Fintech Pvt Ltd (hereafter GeeNee Fintech).
● To use the Services, you must first agree to the Terms. Services cannot be used if you do not accept the Terms.
● You accept the Terms by agreeing to do so on KuberTips website on any linked broker.
PROVISION OF THE SERVICES BY GeeNee Fintech

● You agree that you are solely responsible for (and that GeeNee Fintech has no responsibility to you or to any third party for) any breach of your obligations under the Terms and for the consequences (including any loss or damage which GeeNee Fintech may suffer) of any such breach.

That defects in the operation or functionality of any software provided to you
as part of the services will be corrected.
● Any material downloaded or otherwise obtained through the use of the services is done at your own discretion and risk and that you will be solely responsible for any damage to your computer system or other device or loss of data that results from the download of any such material.
● No advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by you from GeeNee Fintech or through or from the services shall create any warranty not expressly stated in the terms.
● GeeNee Fintech further expressly disclaims all warranties and conditions of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to the implied warranties and conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
The services and investments referred to in KuberTips platform may have tax consequences and it is important to bear in mind that KuberTips does not provide tax advice. The level of taxation depends on individual circumstances and such levels and bases of taxation can change. You should consult your own tax advisor in order to understand any applicable tax consequences
JURISDICTION
The terms of this agreement are exclusively based on and subject to Indian law. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Eranakulam, Kerala , India in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this website. Use of this website is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions,including without limitation this paragraph.
REFUND POLICY & SUBSCRIPTION CANCELLATION
● For paid services - you can choose from different subscription plans mentioned in kubertips.com using Cashfree payment Gateway or other payment methods.
● You can terminated the service initiated whenever necessary, but she/he cannot claim back any amount paid as subscription,tax etc. No refund will be issued.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
● Kubertips provide subscription services and the services will be strted the moment the user complete the payment.
● Any technical isuue in delivering the services will be solved maximum with in 12 hours once the user reported this to the mail support@kubertips.com.
